Awareness Through Movement
You are guided through a sequence of gentle, mindful movements that help you sense, feel & think about “ how you move”, teaching you to reduce effort & strain for improved quality and coordination of the movements.
In finding the most effective ways of moving, you will improve your daily functional movements of walking, lifting objects, posture, sitting, fitness and stamina.
You can expect the class to last 1 hour, where you might stand, sit in a chair, although usually you will lie on the floor in a variety of different positions on your back, front or side.

Arranged in 6-week sessions for 1 hour, payable in advance
Wednesday Online at 6.30-7.30 pm
Thursday In person at 7-8 pm
