Is it all about exercise? 

No, not in the traditional sense. It focuses on quality movement and awareness rather than repetition or exertion

How do I do the movements"right"?

There is no 'wrong' way, only your own way. The goal is to move with comfort and ease.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, warm clothing that allows you to move freely

Do I need equipment?

Only a yoga mat or blanket.

Why are the movements slow?

Smaller, slower movement allows your brain to detect subtle differences and create new neural pathways for change. 

Can I attend if I am injured? 

Yes, but you will need to inform the teacher so you can adapt the movements.

Will I get pain relief?

Many clients find relief from tension and chronic pain.
